We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Water Mitigation Helper to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced technicians to assist in mitigating water damage and restoring properties to their original state. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the restoration industry and grow their skills alongside a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in executing water damage restoration tasks, including water extraction, drying, and cleanup.
• Aid in setting up and monitoring drying equipment to remove moisture from affected structures.
• Help with the removal of damaged materials and belongings from affected areas.
• Support technicians in documenting restoration activities and communicating findings to project managers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in water damage restoration or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks in various environmental conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.**
