Water Damage Restoration

Stop the damage. Dry it right. Put it back.

Mitigation stops the damage. Restoration puts things back. We do both — one company, one point of contact.

Mitigation vs. Restoration

These two words get used interchangeably, but they mean different things — and insurance treats them differently.

Mitigation

The emergency work that keeps damage from spreading: stopping the water, extracting it, removing what cannot be saved, and drying the structure. Most policies expect you to mitigate promptly.

Restoration

The repair work afterward: replacing drywall, flooring, trim, cabinets, and paint so your home looks the way it did before.

Our expertise in mitigation

  • Psychrometry: We measure temperature and humidity to set up drying conditions that pull moisture out of materials.
  • Targeted drying: Wall cavity systems, floor drying mats, and directed airflow reach water trapped behind surfaces.
  • Controlled demolition: When something has to come out, we remove only what is needed — a 2-foot flood cut instead of a full wall.
  • Antimicrobial treatment: Applied to affected areas to reduce the chance of mold and odor.
  • Drying standards: We dry to measured targets based on unaffected materials in your home, not to a guess.
