Overall, my experience was average. Communication could have been improved, as it was not always clear or timely. However, the team members were friendly and professional, and the quality of the work met expectations. I do feel that the pricing was somewhat high relative to the scope of the job.

Am Pm reacted very fast to my service request. Their employee Nathan was very professional, polite and extremely efficient. He located the water leak source very quickly and did not make a mess in doing so, they left my home as clean as they found it. I would absolutely use Am Pm again and recommend them to anyone. As a side note, their office personnel are very polite and great to deal with!

I have used Al and his team in the past and they were awesome through the whole process. Today I called because I thought my floor felt spongy. His team were there within 30 minutes of my call. They found no moisture or mold. I apologized for them coming for no reason and Nathan said no worries, better to be safe. I highly recommend AM PM!

The office staff is very experienced in working through homeowners claims and communicating with the claim adjuster and homeowner. They were there for us from beginning to end during an unusually difficult, long process. The workers were polite, on time and the work was done right. I highly recommend AM PM.

We have so many good things to say about our experience working with AM PM. Following a cracked pipe and water leak, our plumber recommended calling AM PM for an assessment. The owner came out same day, took photos and notes, and AM PM told us they would do the communication and negotiation with our insurance company for us. Having never made a homeowners claim like this we breathed a sigh of relief that someone offered to help us. AM PM lived up to the promise, negotiated with our insurance to get the most favorable settlements possible, and they walked us through each step as often as I needed hand holding.
